About Cathy


Cathy is an empathic therapist who empowers her clients to live a fulfilling life. She is passionate about stress management and adjustment issues at different life stages, such as: migration, school/university transition, separation, retirement, grief & loss.

Prior to working in the private sector, Cathy worked with new immigrants, children living with disabilities, disadvantaged youth, rehabilitation of offenders, and adults with complex mental health issues.

Cathy utilises evidence-based psychological practices in one-on-one counselling, couples’ therapy and group interventions. She uses various modalities and works closely with her clients to provide individualised treatments.

Cathy is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
